When parents divorce, some kids have a really tough time.
Nsync's Justin Timberlake was just a tyke when his folks
split, but the end result was a bigger family. And as
far as he's concerned, there's nothing wrong with that.
When Justin's parents, Randy and Lynn, broke up, it was
difficult for a while. But lucky for him, things didn't
get nasty or awkward, even after both parents remarried.
"I'm very fortunate to have the parents I do," he
announces, "both sets." Justin's stepfather, Paul
Harless, splits his time between Memphis!, where he's a
banker, and Orlando where Justin and Lynn live. Randy
and stepmother, Lisa, live in Tennessee, and Justin's
tight with all four parents. "I call my stepdad my 'dad'
and my natural dad my 'daddy'," says Justin. Both sets
of parents talk to each other regularly, and Justin
often flies them out to shows. "Everyone is friends-
everybody's cool with one another," he reveals. While
Justin is his mom's only child, he has two half-brothers
on his fathers side, six-year-old Jonathan and one-year-
old Steven. Jonathan shares more than initials with
Justin, however-he just might become the sixth member of
Nsync one day. "It's so much fun to watch him," Justin
says. "I'll be sitting with my daddy and he's like,
'That's exactly how you were at that age.' Jonathan can
sing so well. He's got perfect pitch and he already
hears harmonies and stuff." It's no surprise that
Jonathan would have the same musical talent as Justin.
Their father used to be in a bluegrass band, so they
come by their smooth singing skills legitimately. If
little Jonathan Timberlake decides he wants to get into
showbizz too, the sweet thing is he'll have a huge,
extended family cheering him on-just like Justin.
