(4/7) Not that he needs the money, but 'NSYNC's Lance Bass will be among
the special guests turning up on a celebrity edition of the Regis
Philbin-hosted primetime phenomenon, "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire."
Since the idea of Lance playing for money seems a bit redundant, the pop
singer will instead play for his favorite charity as will Queen Latifah,
David Duchovny, Vanessa L. Williams, Rosie O'Donnell, Kathie Lee Gifford,
celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse, and funnymen Drew Carey, Dana Carvey, and
Ray Romano. While the special version of "Millionaire" will be played
almost exactly the same way as the regular editions, show organizers are
making an exception on one rule, allowing each star to get a shot at the
hot seat. The celebrity games will tape on Friday, April 7 in New York
City and will air on ABC over three consecutive days, from May 1 through
May 3. (MTV)
